Support for the installation of the Grid Globus Toolkits

This section describes, how resources and users can be incorporated into AstroGrid-D.
The issue tracking system for our software modules and Globus installations is running on issuetracker.gac-grid.org

There are five parts:

The installation requires the AstroGrid-D "Globus-Helper" tool package.
